  • Are your meats Gluten Free?

    All meats are Gluten Free, simply seasoned and smoked. Our traditional Que sauce is GF as well.

  • Can the smoker be onsite for an upcoming party?

    Please contact us about dates and availability to ensure the smoker is available to be at your desired location.

  • How far ahead should I contact you for a catering event?

    The sooner the better, dates for upcoming weddings, graduations, birthday parties and summer events are already being booked. Never too early to plan for your most memorable party of the year.

  • How often and where do you do Pop Ups?

  • How much food does a full tray feed?

    A full tray of meat or sides tends to feed between 10-15 people.

  • What's all the smoke about?

    Jesse and Kevin pride themselves in the quality of the final product. The process starts with seasoned oak splits which are fed into the fire box of CQ direct offset smoker. Smoked low and slow with a expectation of optimal tenderness. Try out a plate at our next event for your own opinion.
